NY Chocolate Chip Cookie

Step:

  1. Melt butter with sugar in a bowl over hot water.

  2. Whisk in the egg mixture in three batches

  3. Sift in the wholemeal flour, pour in the chopped chocolate and walnuts, and mix well.

  4. Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.

  5. Preheat oven to 180 °C for 10 minutes

  6. Divide into balls

  7. Place in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes
